- Salary: up to 50k FTE (on a contract basis)
- Type: Part-time, on-site (2-3 days a week)
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Greenwich.
Main Duties
- Oversee the HR function across the business, ensuring expert advice is provided to the management team and that best practice is embedded across all areas.
- Manage the onboarding and induction of new starters to make sure it is a positive experience.
- Overseeing of the recruitment and associated admin processes
- Assisting Hiring Managers with attracting and onboarding new staff.
- Ensuring all new staff have an employment contract, that it is accurate and adheres to employment law as well as making sure you have copies of identification and evidence of qualifications.
- Identify internal and external training opportunities for existing staff.
- Development of internal processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and compliant.
Requirements
- Knowledge of burgundy book terms
- Experience with sensitive case load work
- Background working within schools
- CIPD Qualified
- Excellent level of digital literacy
- Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
