Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a financial services business based in Madrid.
This role will be supporting the HR Director in the Madrid office on an 8-month contract to cover a maternity cover. The business has over 600 employees and have 24 offices globally. The role will be based in the Madrid office 4 days per week, with one day working from home.
Role
The HR Manager will work as part of the group HR function to develop and deliver the people plan and will work closely with the senior leadership teams. You will be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, performance management and employee relations and support the HR Director on business growth. You will partner and assist on complex employee relations cases, identify learning needs across the firm and support on the full recruitment cycle for the business.
What are we looking for?
Our client is looking for a proven HR professional / generalist who has is fluent in both Spanish and English. You will have proven experience in an international firm / company and be able to interact at all levels of an organisation.
