Our client, a financial services firm based in the West End, is looking to recruiting a Part timeHR Manager, three days a week, into a newly created and leading role within the business.
This is a standalone role initially and therefore will be "hands-on", taking responsibility for all day-to-day HR matters - managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to development reviews and career planning as well as offboarding when necessary. The role is for two days a week, one being in the office and the other remotely.
In addition, working alongside other members of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in developing the culture of the organisation and as the business grows, building out the HR function.
About you:
- You are an experienced HR generalist - ideally with at least level 7 CIPD
- You have experience from within the financial services industries
- You have experience of delivering end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles
- Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to be effective across all levels within the business.
- You have experience in HR processes and employment law knowledge and the ability to draft and review HR policies.
