Working within a talented, friendly and dedicated People function, you will head up a small team of HR Assistants and HR Admins.
You and your team have ownership of all things HR, Training and Recruitment admin (e.g. onboarding, induction, and onwards through the employee lifecycle).
It's not a huge organisation (circa 500 people) but there's loads going on, and being a new Shared Service function, there's plenty to shape and influence here.
Salary is circa £38,000 for this hybrid role, with benefits including EAP, HAPI benefits platform, pension, 28 days holiday (plus bank hols)

You will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford and working from home (50/50 split)
