Job description
To lead a programme of work which includes the provision of advice and guidance on terms and conditions of service and associated Trust policies and procedures (excluding medical and dental). The postholder will also advise and contribute to the planning and implementation of organisational change such as reorganisation and restructuring, changes in shift patterns, introduction of new ways of working etc providing expert advice in relation to the relevant terms and conditions. To participate in the modernisation of Recruitment and Selection approaches within the Trust, including working with the Recruitment Shared Services Centre and Trust Recruitment staff to ensure appropriate and effective systems are in place. To support the Assistant Directors of HR in fulfilling their role as strategic partners within the various directorates and to participate in the delivery of projects or pieces of work commissioned by the Assistant Directors of HR or Director of HR as appropriate..

Degree or equivalent level qualification in a Management/ Business related subject and have a minimum of 2 years experience at Band 6 or equivalent or higher in a Personnel/ HR Department OR Be CIPD qualified and have a minimum of 2 years experience 2 years experience of staff supervision , Membership of CIPD
