Your new role.
This newly appointed role's purpose is to provide strategic advice and guidance to services across the group in the planning, development and implementation of effective people management practices, cultural change, L&D and organisational development. Supporting the organisation in making the best of its people, delivering a strong and cost effective business, and acting as a change agent and supporting initiatives.
Ultimately this is a role as a Project Manager responsible for leading and managing multiple strategic and improvement projects around the People Agenda, which aligns with the overall Business Agenda/Plan following a review.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a role for a HR Professional in the Project Management, OD and change management space and therefore requires these skills and experience aswell as generalist HR background and/or understanding.
Ideally you will be of graduate calibre, with high level written and verbal communication, and analysis skills.
Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent qualifications with additional Project Management qualifications such as Prince2 (or alternative).
Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills
Project management, business and workforce planning skills
Strong diagnostic skills and decision making
