Form of workElevation HR are exciting to be partnered with a leading supplier who are looking to appoint a HR Officer Manager in Batley on a 30 hour, Part Time, permanent basis.
The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. This standalone, fully generalist role will be reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be onsite 4 / 5 days per week on a Part Time basis and be responsible for:
- Dealing with Employee Relation cases such as absence management, long term sickness, flexible working requests and performance management
- Managing the full employee lifecycle from starters and leavers
- Producing HR Communications such as investigation and disciplinary letters, references and contract updates
- Recruitment involving job boards, CV sifting and interviewing
- Advising and coaching managers on employment law
- Maintaining personnel files
- Day to Day Admin Tasks
- Duties for the board and CEO such as arranging car hire, booking hotels, airport transfers and UK trips
- Managing 3 members of office staff
