Job description

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing SME. They are seeking a skilled Office Manager with HR expertise to join the team and contribute to their success.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager with HR responsibilities to oversee the smooth operation of our office and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with strong leadership skills, capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently while also handling human resources functions

Responsibilities;

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, supplies management, and facility maintenance
  • HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and enhance organisational effectiveness
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements;

  • Proven experience in office management and human resources roles, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
