We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for leading and managing various aspects of HR and personnel management including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues including conducting investigations, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Administer employee performance evaluation process
- Stay updated on best practices in HR management, and proactively recommend improvements to existing policies and practices
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in HR software
- Good time management skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as with colleagues from other departments
