Our client is London's leading independent fifth and sixth form college and is presently looking to appoint a HR Officer on a full time, permanent basis, the role is due to start as soon as possible, sensitive to notice periods.

The successful HR Officer will ideally have HR experience in a school setting and will have responsibility for the following areas:
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Training and Development
- Payroll and Benefits
- Absence Management
- Administrative Duties
