This lovely SEN school set in beautiful grounds within North Kent is a seeking an experienced HR professional who can step seamlessly into this role and support the HR function.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and updating all HR administration, and providing HR generalist support to the HR team, head of departments and school staff.
You will support in all areas of recruitment, induction, absence recording, capability and grievance matters and implementing changes in processes, policies and procedures.
Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified with good IT skills using MS 365, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, can manage multiple work streams effectively and bring a calm and professional manner.
This is a short term temporary role whilst the school recruits for the permanent post, of which this person will be considered for.
Immediate interviews for suitable candidates. Car driver essential due to rural location.
Hours of work: 7.30am - 3.30pm
