HR Manager | £60K | Office Based | Teddington

We are working with a leading company in the industry to find a HR Manager to join their team in Teddington. You will report to the Head of HR and support them in all aspects of HR operations, including colleague relations, employee well-being, acquisitions, and reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Coaching and advising employees and managers on a range of HR issues, such as disciplinaries, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Providing expert guidance to the company on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conducting thorough due diligence as part of the acquisition process and ensuring a smooth transition and integration of new businesses.
- Preparing and analysing people reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assisting in the implementation of the new HRIS and colleague benefits platform.
- Managing sickness and absence and promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a HR Manager or a similar senior HR role.
- Experience working in a multi-site environment such as retail, hospitality, or logistics.
- A thorough knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to apply it in a practical and compliant way.
- Willingness to travel around Greater London as required.
