About our group:


HR Central is a dynamic Shared Services group focused on the experience of our internal and external customers with Human Resource needs.
Reporting to the Manager of HR Central EMEA, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a tier 2 level of support to the team, stepping in to handle the most complex requests. This role requires a base knowledge of HR processes, an understanding of Shared Services environment and experience with HR systems.


About the role - you will:


  • Serve as an operational "subject matter expert" in processes supported by HR Central EMEA such as Talent Acquisition Coordination, Benefits Administration and first level support on HR processes, policies and systems.
  • Provide a tier 2 level of support to the team, stepping in to handle the most complex requests/ transactions/ processes or to support and guide team members.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team during the full recruitment cycle including position administration, interview scheduling, offer auditing, preparation of offer documents, launching and supporting the Onboarding process and delivering Orientation sessions.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and work on the development and continuous improvement of HR Central processes
  • Arrange, coordinate and deliver training for new and existing team members as required.
  • Support the expansion of the team’s service scope as required.
  • Prepare information on operational performance and metrics.
  • Perform HR systems testing in order to support introduction of new programs and system improvements.


About you:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft products, particularly Excel (e.g. PivotTables, vlookup)
  • Experience administering HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Understanding of the Shared Services service model.


Your experience includes:


  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience working in a HR Shared Services role/ or Degree in HR or Business Analytics.
  • Previous experience working with an HRMS system (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Previous experience of working with advanced Excel functions/ data analytics.

You May Also Have:

  • Knowledge of European languages.
  • Experience working with International HR.
  • Exposure to a Shared Services environment.
