Job Description
-This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective, compliant, customer centric, high touch HR service delivery to a small group of colleagues across Anglo American across onboarding, offboarding, data management and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support HR teams (e.g. HR Principal/HRBPs/Advisors/Generalists) and advise employees and line managers on the process for core HR employee life cycle process including HR policies, processes inductions; query management, parental leave, flexible working applications, benefits, learning, and initiatives within our London offices
- Provide effective, compliant, customer centric, high touch HR service delivery to the Executive Leadership
- Main point of contact (f2f) with employees on Mat Leave, sick leave etc.
- Deliver the On-boarding process for new hires & transfers to London and Rest of World (if applicable) including the delivery of induction training, query management and contract management
- Act as a point of contact to identify and resolve key barriers / risks / core problems which may hinder delivery of operational onboarding activities
- Provide necessary support to relevant London based business processes that require HR input (outlook, budgeting, supply chain processes, etc).
- Responsible for the quality assurance and resource allocation of the day-to-day work; monitoring workload and ensuring escalated items are dealt with and SLAs met
- First point of contact with the employees and line managers on query management, benefits, policies, etc
- Ensure the triage process is managed effectively and in line with agreed SLAs
- -Experience in managing senior stakeholders
- Experience of HR management such as Global Mobility, resourcing, talent, reward, L&D, Performance Management
- Understanding of UK employment legislation
- Experience using SAP (Success Factors) or similar ERP systems
- Can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Can provide advice in clear and concise manner
- Can provide practical solutions that meet the business requirements
