Job description
FIND is working with an outstanding client based in Bedford to support their recruitment of an HR Officer to join their busy, high performing team. This is an exciting role that is 37 hours a week for 41 weeks of the year. This is a Term Time only role.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to-
* Recruitment and onboarding administration.
* Safeguarding checks.
* Oversight of site recruitment process-advert to offer.
* Accurate record keeping.
* Process payroll admin- starters and finishers.
* Act as the first port of call for all HR enquiries.
* Support line managers-probation reviews, induction, leave policies.
* Work with line management to manage absence.
* Other HR duties as required.
The ideal candidate for this role-
* is happy to work on site, term time only.
* holds CIPD level 3 or is keen to work towards it.
* has administrative experience.
* has HR experience (ideal not essential).
* possesses a keen eye for detail.
* is an excellent communicator.
