We are recruiting for an HR Advisor for an industry leading manufacturer with quality truly at the heart of what they do.

Key responsibilities include serving as the go-to person for HR queries, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and efficiently managing HR operations.
You will also contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive training strategy and handle disciplinary and performance-related procedures with sensitivity and compliance.
• Be a first point of contact for all HR related queries for their High Wycombe and Oxford Offices.
• Support the development, delivery and rollout of policy updates.
• Shared responsibility in the team of handling the recruitment process from start to finish, working with Department Heads to create job specifications and liaise with recruitment professionals to fulfil these positions.
• Manage all HR policies and procedures across the Company such as annual leave, sickness, training records etc.
• Ensure all HR documentation is up to date and stored appropriately.
Location - High Wycombe (office based)
Salary - £30K - £35K
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of three years HR Admin / Advisory experience in a similar or generalist capacity, be minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified, and have strong and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills are also required.
