Main Responsibilities as a HR Advisor
- Lead in ER matters including disciplinary, grievances, and performance management.
- Provide proactive and professional HR advice for all levels of staff and management in a way that supports good people management practices in the workplace.
- Promote equality, diversion & inclusion in line with policies and procedures.
- Be the primary contact for all employee relations inquiries.
- Ensure documentation meets legal/policy standards & maintain HR system.
- Support various projects, including Diversity Advisory Group, Safeguarding, and Compliance.
- Support the Head of HR to deliver projects and initiatives to improve employee relations, engagement, and retention rates.
Core Experience & Skills Required
- 3 Year’s previous HR advisory experience
- Strong communicator and ability to influence.
- CIPD, other HR Related Qualification or significant, demonstrable relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Good IT and administrative skills; Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Driver and ability to travel between sites with some overnight stays.
