We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients for the role of a HR Advisor. Join an organisation that is dedicated to helping, nurturing, and educational resources for more than 1,200 children & young adults with learning disabilities!

Main Responsibilities as a HR Advisor

• Lead in ER matters including disciplinary, grievances, and performance management.
• Provide proactive and professional HR advice for all levels of staff and management in a way that supports good people management practices in the workplace.
• Promote equality, diversion & inclusion in line with policies and procedures.
• Be the primary contact for all employee relations inquiries.
• Ensure documentation meets legal/policy standards & maintain HR system.
• Support various projects, including Diversity Advisory Group, Safeguarding, and Compliance.
• Support the Head of HR to deliver projects and initiatives to improve employee relations, engagement, and retention rates.

Core Experience & Skills Required

• 3 Year’s previous HR advisory experience
• Strong communicator and ability to influence.
• CIPD, other HR Related Qualification or significant, demonstrable relevant experience
• Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Good IT and administrative skills; Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Driver and ability to travel between sites with some overnight stays.
