Hr Advisor

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a logistics/supply chain business based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their well established team. This role would suit HR Generalist who is used to working in a fast paced environment.
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week.  This is a site based role
Free onsite parking and 25 days holiday per year.
Role
- Provide support and advice to managers and line managers to ensure best practice
- Assisting with disciplinaries and grievances, taking minutes at meetings
- Deliver induction programmes for new starters and ensure probation reviews are completed
- Actively manage attendance
- Assist with identifying training needs and staff development
- Coordinate in house and external training courses
- Maintain training records
- Work with managers to develop recruitment strategies
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Assist with coordination of salary reviews
- Administration of bonus schemes
- Responsible for all HR administration
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience working within a fast paced HR department
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- CIPD desirable not essential
