I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR candidate to join a small healthcare organisation. This will be a standalone role so you must be a confident HR generalist. They are looking for someone to join on a Part Time basis across 3 days!

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Support with employee relations
- Assist with annual policy and procedures updates
- Full recruitment cycle
- Onboarding
- Day to day payroll management
- Assist with company benefits management
- Managing the HR system
- Conduct exit interviews
What experience do you need?
- Previous HR generalist experience
- CIPD or equivalent
- Confident communicator
- Understanding of UK employment Law
