Job Description
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes
- Lead recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate selection
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
- Manage HR policies and procedures in line with regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, providing solutions in a timely manner
- Support the performance management process
- Monitor HR metrics, such as retention and turnover rates
- Collaborate with HR team and other departments to align with the institution's goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Ops & Recruitment Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
