The Opportunity:
Lancaster University are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and motivated candidate to join our HR Partnering Team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave to play a key role in the implementation of our People and Culture Plan, and University Strategy. The role holder will work closely with leaders in the UK and overseas to help build organisational and people capabilities providing people solutions that contribute to the University's success.
As HR Partner at Lancaster, you will have personal impact, professional credibility and act as a leader and representative of the People and Organisation Effectiveness Division. With a strong appreciation for the HE sectors, you will bring your knowledge of the best people management practices to advise on the people implications for the University.
Candidate Requirements:
You will have an excellent track record of being a HR generalist including implementing business strategy from a people perspective, offering expertise in all people areas, as well as operational activity such as dealing with employee relations and policy development.
