Job description
We are looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR Team based in our Sunbury office The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, confident mind-set and have an eye for attention to detail with at least one year experience in a similar role.
You will be Responsible for:
* Ensuring all data is accurately entered and processed within the deadlines for monthly payroll
* Responsible for maintenance of employee data and ensuring all records are scanned and updated to employee record
* Inputting new joiners onto our HR System
* Processing changes on our HR System and preparing letters to send to individuals – for example salary changes, promotions etc.
* Working with and providing support to the wider HR team including Payroll, Reward, Recruitment,
* Identify any gaps in our processes, suggest new procedures and continually strive to improve our service.
* Supporting recruitment activities happening within the designated client groups
* Processing leavers – including logging information on the HR System, preparing letters and liaising with IT and payroll as appropriate;
