LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are supporting a leading law firm seeking an HR & Payroll Assistant for an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
The HR & Payroll Assistant will join the People team of 6 (organisation headcount: 300), supporting with monthly payroll preparation, and wider generalist responsibilities including benefit administration, contract/document preparation, onboarding, and elements of HR reporting.
Previous skills/experience required for this varied role include:
- Experience in a similar varied HR support role
- Having used excel and/or HR systems for data entry, manipulation and reporting
- People and customer centric
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive
- Experience working closely with internal stakeholders
