Hybrid 3 days on site and 2 days working from home
Free parking on site
HR and Payroll 50/50 split.
Must have strong payroll knowledge preparing it for the bureau.
Experience of P11D’s, P60s, pensions etc.
Strong knowledge of HRIS
Main responsibilities
- To complete projects as directed by HR Manager
- To complete spreadsheets and reports with accurate information and data
- To raise any concerns or queries to the HR Manager
- Confidentiality in the role
CORE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HR Advisor experience of 4 years would be desirable
- Attention to detail
- Working with Confidential information
- High level of IT understanding
- Understanding of HR practices
- Confident communicator
- Team-focused
