Title: HR & Payroll Manager
Location: Weston - super - Mare
Salary: £40,000 +
We are working with a Leading UK Engineering business how are urgently seeking a HR & Payroll Manager to join their team.
The position is a sole role and office based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for company hires.
* Ensure that all company HR policies and practices are adhered to, along with maintaining accurate records.
* Report to company directors on all HR metrics.
* Process all company timesheets, and lead on the monthly end to end payroll process.
* Prepare P11D's & P60's.
Technical Skills Required:
* Strong HR experience (CIPD Level 3 desired).
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to help employees with all enquires.
* End to end payroll experience.
* Highly organised and have an ability to work in a sole position.
