Your focus will be to provide project support to Learning & Engagement (L&E) managers in the delivery of a range of people projects across a variety of cultural areas . Duties will include:
- Design and delivery of Learning & Engagement (L&E) projects and initiatives, providing project management across a range of people strategies e.g. learning and development, management development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and listening strategy.
- Co-ordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial scoping to design, consultation, planning implementation, review and impact measurement; working in partnership with multiple stakeholders throughout to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design impactful and engaging company wide communications, campaigns and events to support L&E activities.
- Collect and analyse data to inform decisions at every stage of the project lifecycle, make recommendations and suggestions based on multiple data points; and make decisions in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Criteria:
- A third level qualification in a relevant area.
A minimum of two years’ experience assisting delivery of projects within a programme of work to include:
a)Strong project management skills and demonstrable experience of co-ordinating projects.
b)Demonstrable ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including the ability to anticipate problems and provide sound solutions.
c)Experience of adopting a continuous improvement approach in service delivery.
- Proficient in the use of ICT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
- As this post requires you to travel on official duty throughout Northern Ireland, you must have a full, current driving license or access to a reliable means of transport
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Standard AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
