Job description

My Client based in Basildon are looking to recruit a new permanent HR Projects & Analytics Advisor into their team.

  • 12 - 14 month Fixed Term contract - Maternity Cover
  • Immediate start

Purpose of the Role:

As HR Projects & Analytics Advisor, you will work closely with the Human Resources Department as well as building effective relationships with wider stakeholders throughout the business. The purpose of the role is to drive the development and successful implementation of key HR initiatives. This will include the introduction of new and developing policies, processes, systems and communications. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the HR lifecycle and working closely with the HR Operations team.

The role reports into the Senior Director, Human Resources and has a dotted line to the Senior HR Manager to ensure alignment with the HR Operational Team. The role plays a critical role in the evolution of the Human Resources service delivery specifically within the remit of performance and talent management, reward and compensation, engagement, and HR KPI's and reporting. The role requires both HR project level advisory and HR analytical skills.

Job Description:

Supporting the Senior Director, Human Resources and Senior HR Manager in proving HR project advisory on key business initiatives and processes to Senior Stakeholders, Department Leads, Employees as well as to the HR Department.Supporting the HR Operational team, with the evolvement and improvement of policies, processes, systems, initiatives, and employee communications.Managing employee relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectationsCompiling the Remuneration Committee monthly reporting, ensuring job descriptions are up to date and requests are supported by the relevant benchmarking data.Ownership and management of tracking headcount data, aligning to budget and providing the relevant reports and trending analysis.Providing the business with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on key HR, talent management and diversity metrics.The development and delivery of Aspire HR (Success Factors) modules and report building to ensure employee data is reliable, accurate and managed in one central location.Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations.Management of the annual merit and bonus processes, to include reporting and analysis.Researching, reviewing and recommending performance evaluation methods.

Experience Required:

Experience within an analytical role preferred, or a keen interest in reporting and dataExperience working in a fast paced, team environment.The ability to work on multiple projects at any one timeThis role is hybrid, 2-3 days working from home, great benefits and 10% bonus
