HR/ Recruitment Administrator - Braunstone
Salary £25k full time equivalent - Hourly pay rate £12.82ph
Working hrs Monday to Friday; Either 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Office based role
Length of contract - 3 months starting ASAP
Free car parking on site and a subsidised canteen.
Manpower is currently looking or experience HR / Recruitment administrator to start work ASAP to support our client project in Braunstone. Please note this is temporary 3 months contract.
Main purpose of the role is:

• Daily time and attendance records on Tensor
• Check and/or book holidays on Tensor - shopfloor
• Recruitment - arrange interviews and/or tests with the recruiting manager and the candidate
• Liaise with line manager to set up the inductions
• Westfield - update the spreadsheet once a month with any new starters or leavers
• Stationery - order the stationery once a month, raise the requisition, liaise with stores
• Update all HR documents, for example, handbook, policies and procedures
• Scan employee files from physical file to electronic file
• Archive files as and when required
• Prepare all Factory Notices, when required
• Work with HR Manager and other stakeholders to organise the Grand Opening for the Canteen (food, decoration, etc)
• Prepare new handbooks and distribute and signed for by all employees
• Booking Meeting Rooms on the Intranet and replenish the rooms
• Organising buffets as & when required
• Checking the meeting rooms, on a daily basis, to ensure they are stocked
• Booking any travel (hire/pool cars, hotels etc)
