HR Recruitment Manager in Winchester, Hampshire

HR Recruitment Manager job available, with a leading architectural practice. The role would see you assisting with HR duties, with a particular focus on managing its in-house recruitment process.

With their projects being featured in a number of industry and lifestyle publications regularly, the practice’s portfolio of projects ranges from new town and country houses, renovations, and extensions to conversions, primarily designed for private owners.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an HR Recruitment Manager to join the team to assist with its in-house recruitment process and employee wellbeing.

Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
• Advertise roles, shortlist candidates, arrange design tasks and attend interviews
• Look for new ways to attract candidates, organising recruitment open days, utilise social media, and job boards, liaising with agencies
• Arranging onboarding for new hires
• Working with managers to develop best practice
• Help in delivering employee wellbeing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential with relevant experience considered
• Experience in providing HR support
• Ability to show analytical awareness
• Experience in working with In-house recruitment including the full process of onboarding new staff members.
• Have excellent communication skills.

• £33,000 – £37,000
