The Role:

As a HR Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in matching exceptional candidates with our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, to managing the offer and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the HR sectors.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and motivations.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and beyond.
• Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and job market insights.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the Finance or HR sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR roles and the ability to match candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A desire to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
