About the role:
- £Competitive salary
- Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Early finish on Fridays, weekends and bank holidays off

You will be responsible for assisting and providing a high volume of administrative support to Internal Departments. This will include various clerical tasks as set out below. Main duties:
- Assist in weekly timesheets and payroll processes.
- Develop existing accounts.
- Handling phone calls
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Checking employee documents are valid and up to date.
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Organising Staff Rota
- General admin tasks
- Scanning and Filing for all departments
- Complete employee Inductions
Criteria:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills
- Able to cope in a high-pressured environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to use discretion when handling confidential personal information.
- Able and willing to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for work.
