Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in a school or Local Authority setting is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges and dynamics within educational institutions.
Qualification:
Holding a CIPD Qualification is mandatory. This ensures that the candidate has the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively navigate HR processes and regulations.
Availability:
This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity for consistent engagement and contribution to the school community.
Clearance:
The successful candidate must possess a valid DBS on the update service or be prepared to initiate the process promptly. This ensures compliance with safeguarding protocols and underscores our commitment to providing a safe environment for all members of the school community.
