We are looking for a HR/People Services Administrator to join our team in Birmingham, B15: - Hybrid Working – 3 Office Based Days
- Temporary for 3 months with a potential to go permanent.
- Hourly Rate: £12
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00
- Weekly Pay As HR Administrator, you will be a key member of the HR team offering first line support across our branch network, providing guidance, informing on policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records on HR & Payroll systems. Ideally you will have strong administrative experience from a HR/people services environment to deal with onboarding, contracts, compliance, and all HR data processing is done accurately and within SLA’s. HR Administrator – Responsibilities: - Supporting the onsite HR team in the delivery of key HR administration, production of contracts, changes to T&C’s, references.
- Completing many admin-based tasks
- Resolving queries by email or phone in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensuring employee documentation is correct and saved in relevant places.
- Supporting the management of queries in relation to your focus areas in a timely manner
- Updating HR systems and pay roll in accordance with SLA’s and quality KPI’s
- Supporting the core HR team in ad-hoc projects and tasks when required HR Administrator – You Must: - Have previous HR/People Services or administration experience.
- Confident managing a large volume of administrative tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Have strong organisational skills and able to multitask & prioritise workloads.
- The ability to learn and navigate new systems.
- Be happy to work independently and in a team.
