SalaryOwen Payne recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR Team of our prestigious client located in the Wednesbury Area.
As a HR Administrator you will be required to support the HR Team by providing thorough and comprehensive HR administration support.
This position is Perm from day 1 , working 09:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday) paying a salary of £23,000.00 per annum.
Key Tasks:
- Processing starters ensuring that all stages of the process are followed
- Producing offer letters and contracts of employment
- Assisting with the onboarding process and liaising with managers regarding equipment and induction needs
- Assisting with Company Induction preparation and delivery
- Processing leavers using the agreed process
- Processing changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Updating all HR databases as required
- Carrying out DBS checks for specified roles
- Following up to ensure important HR-related documents are provided/returned in a timely manner
- Producing ad hoc HR letters and documents as required
- Carrying out HR document audits as required
- Monitoring the HR inbox and assigning tasks to the appropriate member of the HR team
- Assisting senior HR Colleagues with ER related matters and cases
- Scanning and filing documents
- Ensuring the HR filing systems are maintained
- Responding to employee queries
- To ensure the team has adequate levels of stationary and to re-order as necessary
