Hr Systems Administrator

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Coordinator for our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.

As an HR Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the internal HR system. The HR Systems Coordinator will be detail orientated, have strong analytical skills and knowledge and experience of the Human Resource function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day administration of the HR system including user access, security and system configurations.
• Building work patterns, forms and workflows.
• Coordinating key processes through the HRIS such as annual performance reviews.
• Overseeing the development and enhancement of the system.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
• Analysing HR data to provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Developing training materials & Providing training and support to HR and other end-users of the system.
• Troubleshooting and resolving HR system issues promptly.
• General Human Resource administration duties including Maintaining employee files, assisting with general HR matters such as employee onboarding and offboarding, assisting with recruitment, participating in HR projects and initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Human Resource administration or similar
• Familiar and proficient in the use of HR software systems
• Experience in managing data and generating reports
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• CIPD Level 3 is advantageous but not essential

Working hours are 37.5 hours weekly between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
