One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently recruiting for a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst, tasked with supporting the delivery, roll out and continued development of the new people platform, SAP SuccessFactors.

The Role
The company see the roll out of their new people platform as essential to the strategic growth plan and group strategy. You would play a key role supporting the co-ordination of the People team to undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT), co-ordinating the development and up-skill of the people team in preparation for the roll out, and co-ordinating People team implementation support for colleagues pre and post go-live.
Responsibilities will include…
- Co-ordinating activity relating to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring results are fed back to the project team
- Providing end-user support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation process
- Designing learning materials such as workshops, drop-ins, group sessions, e-learning, video production and written material
- Understand blockers to uptake and the root cause of any people platform problems
- Analysing user feedback on the People platform, to identify areas for improvement

The Candidate
- Proven experience in supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting
- Significant experience in supporting the design and delivery of learning activity within a large HR function
- Up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in HR technology, specifically SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and support colleagues at all levels
