As one of our Business Systems Analysts, you will be responsible for:-
- Leading on the definition, implementation, development and management of our HR application suite
- Defining HR business and process change requirements
- Providing consultancy to the HR team to help identify and articulate process impact and identify business cases for process change
- Advocating and influencing HR solutions and informing on new trends and potential technologies for efficiency and automation
- Collaborating with the Business Systems Manager and Systems Analysts in enhancing existing applications
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
- Familiar with HR Applications/Business systems support.
- Strong project management
- Knowledge of HR software (Absences, Recruitment, Talent, T&A, Payroll and Expenses etc)
- Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of complex information and requirements.
- Good evaluation skills.
- Multiple site experience.
- Confident in decision-making.
- Ability to travel to sites at short notice.
