HR Business Partner - 12 months Contract
Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: Manchester/Hybrid
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting this high profile commercial property company with their requirement for a passionate HR Business Partner to join the wider HR team and cover a 12 months period of maternity.
As HR Business Partner, you'll be the linchpin between the business goals and people strategy. You'll have the chance to collaborate with leaders across departments, guiding them on all things HR to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the workplace remains a beacon of innovation and inclusivity.
You'll work closely with the Head of People and Head of Talent on strategic requirements as well as the wider immediate team to deliver exceptional service to your internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities;
- Work with Leaders to create and deliver people plans.
- Partner and create credible relationships with Leaders to understand any business issues, assessing potential people requirements and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Work with the wider People & Talent Team to deliver products that encourage people to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning.
- Own the colleague life cycle and key people practices from onboarding, performance, pay & reward to exit.
- Use data & insight to inform decision making and implement people solutions that have a return in investment.
- Build capability in management teams on how to facilitate team reviews, set goals and measure results.
- Manage complex ER cases mitigating risk to the business, coaching managers and colleagues.
- Support with TUPE, restructures and reorganisations in your area and across the group
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working at People Partner level, ideally within a complex organisation
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
- You will be comfortable with switching between people strategy and operational delivery.
- The ability to understand the strategic drivers of the business and how this translates into people solutions
- A true collaborator - utilising skill sets within the existing team to provide solutions and drive positive change
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across different locations, managing priorities effectively
- Ability to coach, consult and challenge in a constructive manner, with confidence and resilience to
