We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Team Leader to join a professional services client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR Compliance responsibilities, ensuring that all policies and procedures adhere to the highest Information Security Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on UK right to work requirements and act as a key point of contact for the business.
- Manage the visa lifecycle of Non-EEA employees sponsored by the Firm, providing advisory support and overseeing Tier 5 GAE visa applications.
- Take ownership of the Firm's sponsorship licences, ensuring compliance with immigration rules and reporting migrant activity.
- Lead the planning, processing, and delivery of all HR Data Subject Rights Requests, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Supervise the management, security, retention, and destruction of employee data, both physical and electronic.
- Continuously review employee vetting processes, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and review risk levels within the business related to compliance activities and Information Security.
- Collaborate with law societies to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and membership administration.
