Hr Training Officer

 REED HR are recruiting for an HR and Training Officer for our Kingston client.

Are you passionate about human resources and employee development? Do you have experience in delivering effective training programmes and managing employee relations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an HR and Training Officer.

As an HR and Training Officer, you will be responsible for identifying the training and development needs of our staff, designing and delivering engaging learning activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, as well as providing advice and support on various HR matters.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
At least two years of experience in HR and training roles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Knowledge of employment law and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work
