HR Wellbeing Advisor

Your new role
You will deliver the organisation\'s wellbeing strategy, ensuring the standards and initiatives are delivered. Responsibilities include but are not subject to:

• Provide advice on the development and implementation of health and wellbeing policies.
• Analyse the wellbeing surveillance programme to identify trends and assess performance.
• Support teams for sensitive cases, such as coordinating any interventions to support the emotional needs of colleagues.
• Ensure the organisations\' wellbeing KPIs are being met.
• Delivering defined wellbeing projects in collaboration with the HR, health and safety and the communications team.
• Work with the HR advisors to support sickness absence, ensuring colleagues can return to work in an appropriate, supportive and timely manner.
• Reviewing the wellbeing benefits package and ensuring it is being utilised to its full potential
• Working closely with the learning and development team to design wellbeing learning content

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication, analytic skills and relationship-building skills. Experience working with employee wellbeing and have the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of wellbeing issues and a commitment to promoting health and wellbeing across the organisation.
What you\'ll get in return

• A salary offering of £39,000 - £45,000
