HRBP - Manufacturing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated HRBP to join a successful manufacturing site in Sheffield. The role will see you playing a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational human resources support within across the site of 100+ people. As HRBP you will also help form employees training, learning and development.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing firm with multiple sites across the UK. This role is to working predominantly and long-term at the Sheffield site which has over 100 employees. The business pride themselves on their high-quality products and commitment to employee development.

Description

• Be part of the business management team
• Provide strategic human resources support and guidance.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinaries.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Lead on attracting, developing and retaining employees through Learning, development and training programmes
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Work with and support the senior HR Advisor

Profile

A successful 'HRBP' should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
