HSE Administrator
Based in Carlton, Barnsley, S71 3HF - The home of Mr Kipling
Salary - £34,000 per annum
Permanent, Full time (39 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00)
A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen at our Barnsley site for a HSE Administrator to join the team. You will be responsible for providing the HSE team with high quality administrative, engagement and training suport to further improve the behavioural safety culture at Carlton.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide effective administration to support the Health and Safety Team.
- Maintaining filing systems and administrate all system changes to H&S and compliance systems.
- Monitoring First Aid and Fire Marshall ratios and supporting newly trainined colleagues in their role.
- Basic training and training course design.
- Production of reporting dashboards and infographics into HSE performance
- Participation in egagement events to improve behavioural safety culture
- Support induction training
- Support audits and visits
What we need from you:
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Highly organised and strong IT skills
- Ability to engage and communicate
- Formal health and safety or environmental qualification desirable
