Company Details
- The company are based within the logistics, warehousing and transport business. Due to expansion and Growth, they are now looking to take on an experienced Transport Administrator.
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and clients.
- Be on call for any issues that may arise.
- General administrative duties.
- Use the CRM system to track drivers and deliveries so that they are on time.
- Assist drivers if they can't find their destination and ensure the client is also notified if the delivery is delayed.
- Using a system called Easy Trans & Chimes.
- Previous experience in transport is preferred.
- Use of Easy Trans & Chimes is also preferable but not essential.
