This HSE Advisor position is working for an Electronics Manufacturer located in Andover. The working hours are very flexible, and would be a total of 15-24 hours per week. The HSE Advisor would be paying £40,000 per annum, on a pro rata basis.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the compliance and day to day management of the company's Health, Safety and Environment Management System, and also to ensure the safety of company staff and stakeholders. The duties within this role include health and safety support such as risk assessments, induction training, safety inspections and emergency procedures. It is also important to ensure HSE legislation is upheld company wide. It will also be important to carry out regular site inspections and develop a H&S culture. It is also important to carry out regular audits, including system audits. Part of this role as well is to establish and implement a HSE committee and for all the findings to be reported to senior management and promoted to staff.
You will need:
- Ideally a NEBOSH internal certificate for H&S or equivalent
- Demonstratable experience in environmental and sustainability compliance
- Experience within a manufacturing environment or similar
- A strong understanding of HSE legislation and practices
- To be flexible
