- �? Ensure compliance with EH&S issues and management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001). ??
- ?? Identify and drive continual improvement in health & safety practices. ??
- ?? Lead H&S committee meetings and advise on all health & safety issues and legislative implications. ??
- ?? Oversee accident statistics collation for Leeds, ensuring incidents are investigated and corrective actions implemented. ??????
- ?? Liaise with authorities to ensure all legal requirements are met. ??
- ?? Drive a comprehensive Audit and Risk Assessment program to mitigate risks. ??
- ?? Empower management and employees to embrace health & safety tools and practices. ??
- �? Provide H&S refresher training to develop and maintain awareness. ??
- ?? Handle all health & safety related insurance claims and complete necessary reports. ??
Profile
- �? Holds a NEBOSH Diploma and has at least 2 years of experience in a HSE role.
- ?? Knowledgeable in implementing and maintaining ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
- ?? Skilled in identifying and driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
- ??? Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.
- ?? Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- ?? Competent in using IT tools to enhance HSE management and reporting.
- ?? Has a driving license, indicating flexibility and mobility.
- ?? (Desirable) Electrical experience and background in manufacturing, enhancing the candidate's ability to address specific industry challenges.
