Responsibilities:
- Promote, implement, and monitor a robust HSE culture throughout the organization.
- Develop procedures and systems to enhance existing practices.
- Conduct training and provide coaching on HSE-related subjects.
- Offer management support to the Head of SHEQ.
- NEBOSH certificate qualification.
- Proven experience auditing HSSE systems and conducting incident investigations.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise reports.
- Offshore experience and TechIOSH certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
