Quality Administrator
9 Month Contract
Salary 17.00 an hour

16 hours per week across 2 or 3 days
Purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day running of the Supplier quality.
management systems by assisting with the administrative duties of the department. Activities will include managing audit schedule, document administration, simple data gathering and analysis, and ad hoc activities to support the functioning of the department. The successful candidate will have a willingness and ability to adapt to new Computer systems as well as experience working in an office environment performing an administrative role. An eye for detail and a careful and considered approach to work is also essential as well as a readiness to work flexibly completing.
Experience Needed:
Experience working in an office environment.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal
Communication skills including Safran
Inter-site liaison
Desired Experience:
Experience working in an AS9100 environment
Understanding of supply chain management processes and systems
Duration:9 months duration- Potential to be longer.
Hours: 16 hours per week - can be spread across 2 or 3 days
