An opportunity to play your part

We have an exciting opportunity for a HTLM Developer in BG Energy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical development and quality testing of Operational Communications across customer facing, multi-channel communications including email, paper and SMS. You will ensure that all communications are created/amended to meet legal, regulatory and brand requirements including FCA and OFGEM.

Accountabilities:

• HTML and maintaining Operational Communication templates and relevant data/code/logic across a number of channels including email paper and SMS which are sent out to our Customers

• Interface with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create and deliver exceptional customer outcomes based on a zero risk approach

• Present updates on deliverables, documenting and reporting against risks and issues to stakeholders and Technical Analysts, ensuring the Customer is always at the heart of each decision made

• Fully comply with mandatory workflow and approvals processes across the end to end change life cycle

• Enable fully integrated testing across all change from core systems to customer with full accountability for output promoted into the live environment and sent to Customers

What we need from you

• Strong HTML and CSS development experience

• Experience of development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPScript, Ensek and Quadient would be preferred

• Exceptional eye for detail ensuring quality to a strive to achieve right first time output

• Ability to work on delivering multiple projects at the same time with tight deadlines
