About The Role
- To work in partnership with the broader HR teams to build organisational alignment and capability through the delivery of people programs and initiatives that arise out of the company people strategy. In this, the HRBP will provide input into the development of central HR initiatives and be accountable for developing these plans into their client area.
- To develop an annual people plan for the client area and develop a thorough understanding of their priorities people focus areas
- To proactively support the client group to deliver the ED&I strategy within their teams
- To provide advice and support in relation to HR related business including organisational structures, resourcing, training & development, succession plans, performance management, remuneration & benefits, people policies & practices and employment legislation
- Be a role model of the business culture, an ambassador of the HR team and coach and develop other team members
- To provide support and coaching and provide counsel and guidance to leaders
About You
- This role is perfect for an experienced HR Business Partner, who is passionate about HR and providing the best possible service to our business.
- You’ll have proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, ideally within a busy operational environment
- As well as a strong generalist HR background, you’ll have sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and keep up to date with HR trends
- You’ll be great at developing strong and trusted working relationships and are able to influence stakeholders all levels.
- You’ll enjoy working effectively as part of a team, sharing and discussing ideas and are ready to roll your sleeves up and help your team mates out when they need help
- You’re organised and a driven self-starter, capable of setting yourself plans and goals to deliver.
- Experience of working with HR data and use this to help inform decision would be an advantage.
- Considerable experience working at a senior level as a HR Business Partner in a commercial business
- Possess commercial acumen, can work to develop clarity when the facts or a situation may be unclear
- Has a good understanding of business dynamics
- Has sound judgement, can weigh up a range of data points and reach balanced and pragmatic decisions
- Broad knowledge of HR including employment legislation
- Experience of coaching leaders
- Experience partnering with a Technology or Innovations client group
- Experience of operating model transformation within a Technology function
